Every year, the DGfA honors young scientists who present particularly outstanding projects in a short talk or poster during the DGfA Annual Meeting.
Prizes are awarded for the best short talk, the best poster and in the special category "Innovation and New Ideas".

The prizes are endowed with 500€ each.

In addition, the DGfA is very keen to encourage young scientists to present their research findings at the annual meeting. The framework of the annual meeting offers an excellent opportunity for young researchers to meet and network with established aging researchers.
